总警长应该站出来说话，他应该告诉大众如何应变--捉贼人人有责但如何安全又有法力的保障下做。那警察也太不专业了，应该没有完全依照警察首则办事。there are fake cop and guns can be get via illegal channel. no one can really predict what happen. it is terrible if we live in a society where ppl scream for help and nobody cares... now this incident happen already so let it be, someone who got power must stand up and stood for what is right!!!! i wonder where are our noisy politician are now.....
