for now the system is already there. safe or not i don't know. one thing i'm sure : not really that easy.... can use credit card or pre paid account. but the delivery is how??? lost already how????
this online pay license has long done in overseas... but first only in malaysia. i would hope user don't rush in and trust them all at once. do it at your own risk. after a few years when the system is more stable and so then i would use it.
