[求助] 專屬天使 by TANK in MIDI ringtone

does anyone know what kind of sofeware there is
to turn a normal mp3 song into a midi type of ringtone??

i really want 專屬天使 by TANK in MIDI type, but plusbb only has in MP3
and i was wondering what program or sofeware there is to use it
to make a midi ringtone....
