应该据理力争!you must complain! don't complain they don't know. email to the company CEO but must CC to newspaper! consumer has right too! if you din't complain to their company and follow their rules then die loh.  if the modem is broken then it is their fault. tell the sell person at the counter won't help at all some times. must make sure you did talk to the correct person. "I WANT TO SEE YOUR MANAGER"  sometimes you need to say this. front desk is just to help solve some small problem-- not all problem! if you did that and fail write in and tell others. then they can't put you in fault for stepping down on their bland!
