I don't know how to do this question.

This question is from OCR Pure Mathematic 4,  Page 23.

Exercise 2B - Question 4,
Find the sum of
(a) the squares of the integers less than 100 which are divisible by 3.
(b) the squares of the integers less than 100 which are not divisible by 3.

I don't understand the question and don't know where to start. You can just write down the sum with sigma notation or you would be kind to finish both (a) and (b).
